Full-Time BASC

The Before and After School Care program is available for Pacific Academy students in Kindergarten to Grade 3. 

Registration will open on April 1, 2025 at 8:00 AM and close at noon on April 15, 2025.

All applications will be reviewed and priority will be given to families needing full-time care. Families will be notified by April 30, 2025 on the status of their application.

New this year:

Full-time care will include non-school days such as:

• Professional development days,
• Student/parent conference days,
• 1 week of Christmas break (December 29, 2025 – January 2, 2026)
• Spring break,
• Summer break.

Please note that we will be closed for all statutory holidays and two additional weeks, December 22 - 26, 2025 and August 31 - September 4, 2026. Childcare will not be available these days.  

Maximum capacity: 24 students

There will be no sibling discounts available.

FULL-TIME CARE

Schedule:

• School days (before school care): 7:00 AM until the start of school
• School days (after school care): After School bell until 5:30 PM
• Non school days: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Cost: $550/month

Payment: Pre-authorized debit on the 20th of each month.

Dates: September 2, 2025 – August 28, 2026
