Description

The Before and After School Care program is available for Pacific Academy students in Kindergarten to Grade 3. 

Registration will open on April 1, 2026 at 8:00 AM and will close at noon on April 15, 2026.

All applications will be reviewed and priority will be given to families needing full-time care. Families will be notified by April 30, 2026 on the status of their application. 

Continuing this year:

Full-time care will include non-school days such as:

  • Professional development days.
  • Student/parent conference days.
  • 1 week of Christmas break (December 28, 2026 - January 1, 2027)
  • Spring Break
  • Summer Break

Please note that we will be closed for all statutory holidays and two additional weeks, December 21 - 25, 2026 and August 30 - September 3, 2027. Childcare will not be available these days.

Maximum capacity: 24 students.

There will be no sibling discounts available.

Full-Time Care

Schedule:

  • School days (before school care): 7:00 AM until the start of school
  • School days (after school care): After School bell until 5:30 PM
  • Non school days: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Cost: $575/month

Payment: Pre-authorized debit on the 20th of each month

Dates: September 8, 2026 - August 27, 2027

Restrictions

Participants must be entering grades kindergarten to 4.

Registration period

Registration starts on 04/08/2026 and ends on 06/01/2026.

Participants may register at any time during this period.
