Inter Pre-Competitive Lyrical

ABOUT
Our Inter Pre-Competitive Lyrical class is for students enrolled in Grades 3 - 6 at Pacific Academy for the 2024/2025 school year. Lyrical combines elements of ballet and jazz steps and teaches students how to dance with emotion. A Pre-Competitive class means that students are interested in training more seriously and are wanting to take their dancing to the next level. Students will learn a routine and perform at one local competition in the Spring of 2025. Students must take Inter Ballet Tech and Inter Jazz Tech alongside this class. 

INSTRUCTOR

LOCATION
Drop off and pick up will be in the cafeteria.
Instructors will escort students to and from their class location.

DATES
Wednesday, September 11th, 2024 to Wednesday, June 18th, 2025
Time: 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Please note, classes follow the school calendar, so there will be no classes on days that school is not in session.

COST
Total Program Cost: $456
Costume Deposit: $60

(All Credit Card payments will be subject to a 4% Convenience Fee)
Quarterly Payment Due Dates:

• First Quarter due upon registration
• September 15, 2024
• November 15, 2024
• January 15, 2025

ATTIRE
Students should wear a bodysuit or t-shirt with shorts or leggings, form-fitting stretchy clothing, and hair pulled back off the face.

FOOTWEAR
Required footwear for Lyrical is foot undies.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please send your child with a full water bottle.
To celebrate student learning and work throughout the year, students will be invited to participate in a year-end performance. A dress rehearsal will be held in the week before the performance. More details will be given closer to the date.

REGISTRATION
Registration opens June 25, 2024 at 8:00 AM and closes on August 30, 2024 at 12:00 PM or once the program is full. A waitlist is available at no cost.
