ABOUT
Our Junior Musical Theatre class is for students enrolled in Kindergarten - Grade 2 at Pacific Academy for the 2024/2025 school year. Students will learn fundamental jazz steps while also learning about the basics of singing and acting.

LOCATION
Students need to meet their instructor in the cafeteria at the start of their class time. If students are registered in another after school program, instructors will bring students to their next class. Pick up will be at the cafeteria promptly when class finishes. Parents must come to the cafeteria to sign out their child with the instructor.

Wednesday, September 11th, 2024 to Wednesday, June 18th, 2025
Time: 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Please note, classes follow the school calendar, so there will be no classes on days that school is not in session.

ATTIRE
As this class does not run immediately after school, students should attend in dance attire, wearing either a bodysuit and tights, shorts and a t-shirt, or other athletic wear. For children with long hair, please have this pulled back off the face.
FOOTWEAR
Required footwear for Musical Theatre is black jazz shoes.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please send your child with a full water bottle.
To celebrate student learning and work throughout the year, students will be invited to participate in a year-end performance. A dress rehearsal will be held in the week before the performance. More details will be given closer to the date.
REGISTRATION
Registration opens on June 25, 2024 at 8:00 AM and closes on August 30, 2024 at 12:00 PM or once the program is full. A waitlist is available at no cost.
