Junior Hip Hop

ABOUT
Our Junior Hip Hop class is for students enrolled in Kindergarten - Grade 3 at Pacific Academy for the 2025/2026 school year. Students will learn fundamental hip hop steps as well as the basics of movement and rhythm. All music played and used will be from Christian artists, such as Forrest Frank, Lecrae, & Maverick City Music.

LOCATION
Drop off and pick up will be at the cafeteria. 
Instructors will escort students to and from their class location.

DATES
Monday, September 8th, 2025 to Monday, June 15th, 2026
Time: 4:15 PM - 5:15 PM
Please note, classes follow the school calendar, so there will be no classes on days that school is not in session.

COST
Total Program Cost: $463
Costume Deposit: $70

(All Credit Card payments will be subject to a 4% Convenience Fee)

ATTIRE
Students should wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing they can move in with hair pulled back off the face. Students should arrive at their class in the appropriate dance attire. If students are in a class prior to this one, they will be given the opportunity to change.

FOOTWEAR
Required footwear for Hip Hop is non-marking indoor runners.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
To celebrate student learning and work throughout the year, students will be invited to participate in a year-end performance. A dress rehearsal will be held in the week before the performance. More details will be given closer to the date.

REGISTRATION
Registration opens on May 1, 2025 at 8:00 AM and closes on October 5th, 2025 at 11:55 PM or once the program is full. A waitlist is available at no cost.
