ABOUT
Flip & Flow Gymnastics is for students enrolled in Grades 3 - 5 at Pacific Academy for the 2026/2027 school year. Flip & Flow Gymnastics is a movement-based program designed to help students develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence through fun and progressive gymnastics instruction. Students will build foundational tumbling and floor-gymnastics skills through safe, age-appropriate activities and guided skill development.
Participants will explore skills such as rolls, cartwheel progressions, balances, jumps, handstand foundations, and introductory tumbling combinations. Each week, students will take part in structured warm-ups, skill-building circuits, partner activities, and guided practice designed to encourage perseverance, body awareness, and a love for movement.

Students will meet in the cafeteria at 3:30 PM.
Pick up will be at the cafeteria promptly when class finishes.

Please note, classes follow the school calendar, so there will be no classes on days that school is not in session.

ATTIRE
As this class runs immediately after school students may remain in their school uniform, but gym strip is strongly encouraged. In addition, appropriate footwear will need to be worn. For children with long hair, please have this pulled back off the face.
FOOTWEAR
Required footwear for Flip & Flow Gymnastics will be non-marking indoor runners.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Children will be given a small snack at the start of their program. Please ensure all allergies are listed and provide us with up-to-date information.
REGISTRATION
Registration opens on June 15, 2026 at 8:00 AM and closes on October 5, 2026 at 11:55 PM or once the program is full. A waitlist is available at no cost.
