Showstoppers (Grades 2-5)

ABOUT
Showstoppers is a musical theatre class designed for students enrolled in Grades 2 - 5 at Pacific Academy for the 2026/2027 school year. This class is designed to help explore the love of creative expression through different methods. Some examples include acting, singing, improv, and creative collaboration. The class aims to build confidence and communication skills while helping students discover their God-given gifts.

INSTRUCTOR
Miss Julia Kuehl

LOCATION
Students in Grade 2 will be picked up by a staff member from their classroom after school and brought to the cafeteria.
Students in Grade 3-5 will walk over to the cafeteria after school.
Drop off and pick up will be in the cafeteria.
Instructors will escort students to and from their class location.

Thursday, September 10th, 2026 to Thursday, June 24th, 2027
Time: 2:55 PM - 4:25 PM
Please note, classes follow the school calendar, so there will be no classes on days that school is not in session.

COST
Total Program Cost: $745
Costume Deposit: $70

ATTIRE
As this class runs immediately after school students may remain in their school uniform, however, appropriate footwear will need to be worn. For children with long hair, please have this pulled back off the face.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Children will be given a small snack at the start of their program. Please ensure all allergies are listed and provide us with up-to-date information. 
To celebrate student learning and work throughout the year, students will be invited to participate in a year-end performance. A dress rehearsal will be held in the week leading up to the performance. More details will be given closer to the date.

REGISTRATION
Registration opens June 15th, 2026 at 8:00 AM and closes on October 5, 2026 at 11:55 PM or once the program is full. A waitlist is available at no cost.
