Participants must be 7 years and 6 months to 11 years old when the program starts.
STEM Education is an approach to learning that uses Sciences, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics as access points for guiding students inquiry, dialogue, and critical thinking. This camp is the perfect and safe space for students to explore, fail, and persevere, while gaining confidence in STEM subjects. Smaller groups lead to more personalized programming as students explore STEM fields through hands-on design challenges. Here are some of the activities we will explore: Elecfreaks Building Kit, GiggleBot, Micro:bits, Balloon rockets, vivify stem activities, catapult building, and many more!
